4. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA
We have put measures in place to protect your data and keep it safe. Data is stored securely on a password protected database, as well as a cloud based storage system as a backup which complies with legal data protection guidelines. Any hard copies and paperwork showing personal information is stored in a locked filing cabinet. Should a data breach the client will be notified by us via email.
5. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
All contracts and paperwork will only be stored to comply with the needs of the administrative, legal, or security purposes Website comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
6. WHAT RIGHTS YOU HAVE OVER YOUR DATA
